The similarity that struck Christophe Lacau, it is the diversity found in the Saint-Emilion wines. This wealth is comparable to that of showbiz, “artists are like Saint-Emilion wines: there are good ones, small ones and great ones in the small”. And the similarity does not stop there. Building a show is a very long process, made of work, reflection and passion. “At the start of a show nothing is won, they are built the same way but the result is never the same. It has to be the right year, the right occasion, and the ideal assembly. It is a whole year’s work to get to the final product, as is the case with wine!
