The 5.5 hectare vineyard is planted on a limono-silice soil with a basement of ferric dirt.The grape varieties is made up of Merlot at 80% and 20% of Cabernet Franc. In the cellar, the goal is to offer you a saint emilion, good and pleasant, at the same time.Elegant and accessible.To do this, we have opted for the most traditional vinification possible, but which benefits from the criteria for selecting and sorting a Grand Cru.Vinified in traditional epoxy tanks, we carry out a pre-fermentation maceration which aims to extract the aromas of fresh fruit.
