HOW IS PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSED?
Firstly, when you subscribe to the Saint-Émilion wines newsletter, we collect information about you, so that we can inform you of news about Saint-Émilion wines. We also collect information about you under the “Contact us” heading, so we can answer your requests, proposals or prompts.

The party responsible for processing the information is the Saint-Émilion Wine Council, whose head office is located at Rue Guadet – BP 15 – 33330 SAINT-EMILION – FRANCE, represented by its general manager Mr Franck Binard.

In accordance with the French law dated 6th January 1978, referred to as the “IT and liberties” law, anyone concerned by the processing of personal data mentioned above, has the right to access, correct, contest or even delete the data concerning them.
