Following the sale in 1999 of Château Cheval Blanc, of which he was a co-owner, Dominique Hebrard was then looking for a wine property in Saint-Émilion, the potential of which he could reveal.He needs this new challenge and this Saint-Émilionnais anchoring, for him and for his children to whom he wishes to transmit his passion for wine and his roots. Chance does things well and offers him Trianon.The vineyard is in poor condition but very promising. Since the 2001 vintage, he shapes, prepares, models, she has held the terroir of Trianon and makes the decisions necessary for the renovation of the field, such as important investments in the vineyard and the construction of an oenological tool at the height ofharvested berries: a technically successful cuvier and a barrel cellar.
