Clos Lardière was created in 2015, after the purchase of abandoned land, a stone building and a wooded park.Formerly a livestock farm, the reconversion of this place into a wine property allows it to come back to life within a village near Saint Emilion, that of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens. The majestic holm oaks, more than a hundred years old, present on the small property provide wisdom to the place and an astonishing diversity of fauna and flora. The farmhouse dating from the French Revolution has today been transformed into a residential house and houses the vineyard cellars which can be visited. We want to maintain this place and vigorously preserve the traditions within the wine property.Concerning the appellation, we chose Saint Emilion Grand Cru in relation to the planting density (8900 vines/ha) of our plots, thus directing us towards the production of a quality wine.
