Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Émilion since 2022, Château Badette signed the Renaissance of a terroir already hailed in the 19th century for the finesse of its wines.Resumed in 2008 by the VandenBogaerde family, the estate quickly regained its rank thanks to an ambitious restructuring. The 10.5 hectare vineyard, mainly planted in Merlot, relies on a mosaic of floors which brings power, depth and elegance. "Badette is surrounded by classified vintages, I want the wine to express the terroir, with power but also elegance, finesse," sums up Marc Vandenboerde.High environmental value certified, the estate places biodiversity at the heart of its philosophy. The wines are distinguished by their aromatic intensity, their balance and their length, embodying the identity of a Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Émilion.
