At the start of 2022, Michel Bourel and Olivier Mermuys discovered the potential of Château De Roquemont. The location of the property, perched on a ridge of gravel from the Quaternary era, allows us to design wines that meet consumer expectations. The teams are listening, and want to bring a new approach to Saint Emilion with ranges more accessible in taste and budget. From the first year, without wasting time, the Bourel vineyards restructured Château De Roquemont, a 14-hectare vineyard in Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, one of the eight communes in the jurisdiction of Saint Emilion. Château De Roquemont is therefore experiencing a real renaissance.
