It all starts with François a wine enthusiast who falls in love with a terroir steeped in history: Puisin Saint-Emilion. Quickly, seduced by the project, Agathe joined her stepfather François with the ambition to transform this daring bet into "success story". The terroir has an oceanic climate, which allows both relatively soft temperatures in winter and which avoids significant droughts in summer. Add to this a clay-limestone soil sublimated by natural underground humidity and sun-bathed ... Our vineyard thus has the best conditions to collect grapes with perfect maturity. Planted over 35 years ago on a plot of 2 hectares the castle of Stella is intimate to give particular attention to her vines and clusters. Our wines come from daily work work, thanks to the knowledge of our teams and partners.
