The first historic castle of the vineyard, Château du Val d'Or is created by Henri-Gabriel Bardet at the end of the 1920s. He gave him the name of his native village in Dordogne: Orval in Occitan, which has become Val d'Or.Excellent geographical location on the edge of the Dordogne, it is from the south to the east of the magnificent rump of Graves.This historic and traditional terroir allows the development of a fresh and expressive wine.The black plum, the blackcurrant and the cherry mixed with toast underline a round and powerful palate whose potential is guess.
