8 September 2022 marks another historic date for our family estate. This recognition as one of Saint Emilion's 71 ‘GRAND CRU CLASSE’ is the result of the work of 3 generations of winegrowers over 70 years. This Saint Emilion Grand Cru appellation is a faithful portrait of our 4 terroirs, between the pieds de Côtes, Coteaux, Terrasses and Plateaux. The increased presence of limestone gives the wine density, tension and minerality. The clay counterbalances this by adding juice and smoothness. The blend changes with the vintage, with 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and is also faithful to the 21 parcels that make up our vineyard. Certified ORGANIC FARMING since 2020 and BIODYNAMIC FARMING (Biodyvin) since 2023. CREATING WINES OF THE PLACE => Our aim is to reveal the true interpretation of our terroir. We make authentic, sincere wines that reflect the place where they were born
