Thomas Guibert Owner of the Palatin Guibert vineyards Coming from a family of viticulturalists from father to son, Jean-Pierre Palatin acquired this domain in 1972, now managed and developed by his son-in-law and his daughter, Thomas and Nathalie Guibert. Thomas by training agricultural engineer and oenologist has developed its know-how in several properties of Bordeaux. Particularly at the head of a Grand Cru de Saint-Emilion which became classified under his direction, he resumed the reins of the family exploitation after the death of his stepfather. He puts all his know-how and knowledge in the service and development of the Roquevieille castle in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux and Château Palatin in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru while developing a wide range of wines. GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION Located in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyard, Château Palatine benefits from a privileged exhibition facing south but also from a wide variety of terroirs ranging from gravel to clay-gravel.
