Not far from the historic village of Saint-Émilion is Château Petit Val, bought in 2014 by Jean-Louis and Olivia Alloin.Since this acquisition, they have continued to invest in order to develop this Grand Cru in a precise and structured manner.The vines surrounding the field are part of a rigorous environmental approach.The Cuvier, renovated in 2016 and the new barrel cellar reveal the vinification techniques used to produce unique cuvées in the region! Château Petit Val, the large signature wine with truffled notes. Val muse, our prestige cuvée produced in integral vinification. Margo, sulfur -free cuvée in 100% Cabernet Franc, vinified in amphora and produced for charity. Rose du Val, a direct pressing rosé produced in Saint-Émilion. Val goldsmith, our 100% Riesling, a nod to the Alsatian origins of Olivia Alloin (the owner).The only one in the region! Valentina, a 100% Malbec cuvée in AOC Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.
