Coming from a family of winegrowers on Néac, Antoine Schmitt has been developing an organic project, at the foot of the hillsides in front of Pavia since 2021. Thanks to total involvement, size change (cord) for better homogeneity of grapes, production of its own fermentation yeasts by sampling in the plot, severe sorting by the use of a densimetry bath, new wooden breeding each year... The wine was noticed favorably during the tastings of the 2023 primers, notably by Jane Anson. Distribution by signature and selection. Wines can be tasted by property by appointment.
