It all started in 1583, when Jean Voysin, notable installed in Saint-Émilion, of which he was the mayor for two years, chose to establish his home in a small preserved corner, not yet explored, having quickly managed to spot the quality of the terroir and itsInfinite promises, already held by its illustrious neighbors. His vineyard in one piece around the castle is worked like a garden with passion and precision. We have identified 19 plots which each have their own identity and which contribute to the richness and complexity of our great wine.Each plot is worked differently depending on its potential and in order to extract the best.
