At the beginning of Saint-Émilion wines’ magic, there’s the soil, which is fundamental to the development of a wine, it’s the alliance of the earth and the climate that come together to reveal the expert hand of each winemaker. The tasting of 3 wines from different terroirs will help you understand the influence of the soil on their organoleptic characteristics.
