The Cadet-Bon castle, located at the exit of the village of Saint-Émilion, belongs to Guy Richard since 2001 The property occupies 7 hectares, 6 of which were one piece on the southern slope of the Butte and the limestone plateau of the medieval city. The feet of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%) of the vineyard have an average age of 40 years. Since 2017, the property has started conversion to organic farming.The label is obtained is 2021. This approach is only a natural extension of Mr. Richard's commitment to transcribe what the soil and grape varieties offer as naturally as possible for almost 20 years.
