The Cadet-Bon castle, located at the exit of the village of Saint-Émilion, belongs to Guy Richard since 2001 The property occupies 7 hectares, 6 of which were one piece on the southern slope of the Butte and the limestone plateau of the medieval city. The feet of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%) of the vineyard have an average age of 40 years. Since 2017, the property has started conversion to organic farming. The label is obtained is 2021. This approach is only the natural extension of Mr. Richard's commitment to transcribe what the soil and grape varieties offer as naturally as possible for almost 20 years.
