Family vintage since 1620 managed by the ninth generation of this family of winegrowers located on Saint Hippolyte at the foot of Coteaux & Haut de Vallée.The planted surface is divided into 3 varied sets of homogeneous plots.The distribution by grape varieties is quite atypical in its proportions for our sector.Burned vineyard and labeled in several environmental type certifications since 1996 with a progressive and gradual rise in charge according to reasoned experiments both from the point of view of the adaptation of our cultural modes and the necessary limitation of our chemical, environmental andsocietal.In the continuity of our vineyard Our grapes are fucked in a gravity chai and vinified by fragmented selections by grape varieties in an adapted redness.We live for and at the heart of our ecosystem and are very vigilant to respect the global balance as well as the sustainability of this environment.Very next R.S. Our wines are reasonable consumption and guard wines;They are in our image and want to be modern while respecting the heritage of the appellation and the spirit of the family tradition for now more than 9 generations. We seek to express and enhance the diversity of our terroir by producing elegant silky and delicate complex wines with relative drinks and good ability to aging.The technique of assembly by grape varieties and qualities undertakes us to strive to find each year for our first wine the best result with the ingredients we have.
