Located on 4.5 hectares of bass, ferruginous sands and clays, southern exposed, the vines benefit from a terraroir of terraces of grave light and refined limestone.This situation is favorable to early maturity and a floral nose providing very seductive wines.After having followed the recommendations of the Bordeaux Wine Environmental Management System in 2010, Magali & Thibaut Decoster obtained level 3 -environmental value certification in 2021. In 2024, Château la Conderie will complete its conversion to organic farming.
