Tame the vine and sculpt the wine are the watchwords of the work of Gaël Arpin, the owner, and his team. Lou Barede, the bucolic immersion is a large "comfortable" house coiled in the middle of a wooded park, a peaceful oasis in the heart of renowned vineyards, a stone's throw from Saint-Emilion. Lou Barede is a large house (220 m²) on one level made up of the following rooms: - A large living room with spacious kitchen with a central island, a dining room and a living room with sofas and armchairs. - A spa. - A suite - The summer room - with 160x200 bed, shower and WC. - Three bedrooms - Spring, autumn and winter rooms - with 160x200 bed. - A children's room with twice two bunk beds 90x200 and an 80x200 bed. - Two shower rooms including one with WC. - A cellar from the winemaker. - An independent WC.
