Very old property of the 18th century, Château Cravignac held its name from its illustrious owner Jean-Baptiste Lavau de Cravignac, parliamentary lawyer.This property was transmitted from generation to generation, and at the beginning of the 20th century, the castle La Fleur Cravignac became official wine in the National Assembly.In 2021, Karine and Jean de Colbert bought the property from the Beaupertuis heirs. Located on the northwest plateau of Saint-Emilion, the 8 hectare vineyard, 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernets is worked naturally while respecting environmental rules with organic orientation. The plot vinification is carried out in regulated thermo concrete tank.Breeding takes place in new oak barrels and a wine, thunderbolt and amphora for 12 to 16 months.
