In 1984 Pierre and Anne-Lise took over family land in St Christophe des Bardes which they baptized Moulin de Lagnet. Olivier, their eldest son, joined them in 2007, and the Moulin de Lagnet continues its way. In 2017 John, Uncle de Pierre, gave up his vines on the Argilo-limestone plateau of St Emilion, Château Sarpe Grand Jacques, in Audrey and Olivier Associés in life and in the vineyard. From the top of his 99th birthday, Jean saw the city transformed ... Like their parents, their rear grandparents, like any peasant in love with his lands, Jean, Anne-Lise and Pierre, have always treated their vines without chemical weeding. As evidence, this journey led them to organic farming in 2001. For us (Audrey and Olivier) the desire to even go "beyond" animates us and guides us over the vintage: working by leaving nature to act, being demanding but not very interventionist in the vineyard and the cellar, so that terroirAnd vintage can express themselves.
