Covering an area of 8 hectares, Château Zaya is also located on the name of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, near the properties that have been producing the most famous Crus classified in Saint-Emilion for decades.The Younan house has acquired Château Zaya (formerly Château La Garelle), with the aim of establishing an international reputation for exceptional wine from Bordeaux and has invested in the implementation and improvement of the culture of the vineyard, the production processand installations.The vinification winery equipped with stainless steel and concrete tanks as well as the breeding cellar has been completely renovated. Château Zaya's grape varieties is made up of 75% Merlot 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, with an average age of its 30 -year -old vines.
