Property acquired by Jean Luc Thuenvin and Murielle Andraud in 1998, whose vineyard is located at the bottom of the famous Côteaux de la Côte Pavie, it is on this terroir that the whole team of Clos Badon-Thunevin works every day to offer you a prestigious wine. Among the famous neighbors of this vineyard are Château Pavie, Château Larcis Ducasse or Château Canon La Gaffelière. The winery chai, cradle of garage wines and the aging cellar are located in the heart of the medieval city, our team will be delighted to welcome you for a visit - tasting of this cru -tepite of Saint Emilion Clos Badon-Thunevin is a raw appreciated by our professional and individual customers.We are proud to have been referenced positively on platforms dedicated to wine such as Vivino, Wine Searcher or Le Figaro Vin. Clos Badon-Thunevin was promoted to Grand Cru Classé de Saint Emilion in 2022.

We are particularly attached to our values and in particular with regard to the holding of our vines, which must express the spirit of our wine.It is for this reason that the soils are worked in traditionally.This work carried out on a large part of the vineyard (around 90%) is necessary to promote deep rooting and maintain biological activity. Besides, the Clos Badon-Thunevin vineyard has been our testing territory since the 2000s. We have been feeling green fertilizers in winter for several years to limit the leaching of mineral elements on these filter soils.
