Smaller vineyard of Saint Emilion, with only 1.22 ha in production, the eleven hour lady produces 5,000 bottles each year. Permaculture is to focus on property. This translates in particular into a total absence of the work of the soil for more than 15 years, a natural and permanent grass, the planting of various essences in the rows or the absence of fertilizers. And of course a biological certification. Vinification is natural, with the absence of inputs, collage or filtration.Only SO2 is used before stabilizing wines over time. Amazing, atypical, is carried out in different containers: Stockinger wrath, amphorae and jars in terracotta, sandstone eggs. All of these parameters allow the obtaining of a rich, deep wine to the enveloping tannins.
