The plots extend around the magnificent village of Saint-Etienne-de-Lisse, on tamed lemono-limestone hillsides year after year.The diversity of plots is a major asset, making it possible to assemble Merlots to their peak and superb franc Cabernets who benefit from very good drainage and exhibition conditions.The latter grape increased in the planting surface, reaching 41% in 2021. Later than Merlot, the Cabernet Franc is guarantor of a desired freshness in wines, it brings a beautiful part of structure and aromatic complexity during the'assembly. A fleur-de-lis that has become the emblem of the castle castle ... We have not resisted the wink that echoes the village of Saint-Etienne-de-Lisse!
