The vineyard stretches over 10 hectares, it is planted on a silt and silica soil worn by a basement of ferric dirt.Château Roc Saint Michel is made up of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.5,500 feet planting density at the hectare.Double guyot size.8 to 9 clusters per foot for a yield Mids of 45 hl/hectare.North or rising on the north side.Mechanical harvest. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated concrete tanks. Maceration for about 3 to 4 weeks.Breeding in barrels and passage on Staves.
