Escape, open the doors, enter the cellars, discover and taste the vineyard of Saint-Émilion.
Explore the vineyardFor over 10 years, the Saint-Emilion Wine Council and its members have been committed to a strong ecological and environmental approach. One of the aims of this collective project is to bring more biodiversity to the vineyards by planting hedges and shrubs. Everyone can take part, suggest and contribute new local species, which will be raised at the nursery before being collected and planted again on the plots.
The Jurade de Saint-Emilion traces its roots back to the 12th century, but this does not mean that it is an institution frozen in time. By setting up Chancelleries around the world, the Jurade, and with it the wines of Saint-Emilion, are opening up to new horizons. As guardians of tradition, the Jurats bring a wealth of experience to a family of over 3,000 members.
