A word from the winegrower Matthieu Verhaeghe
Castle forge Celeste is naturally cultivated, according to processes respectful of time and diversity of nature. Without sulfting of the vini fi cation to the bottling, this wine of great purity reveals all the bans of its organic inheritance during its tasting. A typicity due to the requirement of winegrowers, rewarded by the allocation of the "USDA organic" label, the strictest in the matter. Grand Cru de Saint-Emilion whose outfit pays tribute to the region, it illustrates the perfect agreement between Vines 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and organic wine 100% without sulfting.
