Family property of 4.5 ha and neighbor of the Château Tour Baladoz which belongs to the same family, the domain is located as a slope crest in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyard, offering the visitor a superb panoramic view. The vineyard of a single piece on the hillsides of the clay-limestone plateau offers by its different orientations configuration in a sort of circus cut in limestone. All the floors covering the mother rock are extraordinary variety.From pure limestone to clay-limestone, without forgetting the marls and blue and red clays. The remarkable architectural cellar of the La Croizille castle meets all the technical requirements and includes a receptive room overlooking the Combe, highlighting the exceptional landscape.
