The Pindefleurs castle in Saint-Émilion embodies vegetable poetry and a passion for land which is renewed season after season.Since 2006, the owner, Dominique Lauret, has undertaken major renovations to combine tradition and modernity, transmitting this family spirit to her children, Audrey and Pierre.The exceptional terroir of Saint-Émilion offers perfect soil for the emblematic grape varieties of the region. Audrey Lauret emphasizes the importance of environmentally friendly wine practices, thus promoting biodiversity and the quality of the grapes.Pierre Lauret shares the vision of the family for the wines of the domain, emphasizing sharing and pleasure.The great wine of Château Pindefleurs embodies this philosophy, with its subtle balance between strength and finesse, reflecting the unique character of its terroir.

After our manual harvests, the vinifications are carried out with respect for the plots and in the precision that our work tools allow us.A first cold maceration, in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, gently starts fermentation and thus promotes, according to reassembly, the extraction of the fruit.Once the vertical pressing has been carried out, the wines start their breeding in French oak barrels.Besides conventional formats, we also use larger barrels to limit wooden intake for the benefit, always, of the fruit.After twelve months of patience, assembly, which is done with family, finally gives us the measure of our efforts!
