In the 1920s, the Michel Rolland family chose to set up their vineyard on the border of the great terroirs of Pomerol, at a place called "Maillet" in the legendary appellation of Saint-Emilion. Since 2013, Michel Rolland has taken on the role of consultant and the vinification team is led by our director general and oenologist, Benoît Prévôt.

The wines of Château Rolland-Maillet, resulting from a reasoned viticulture of precision, express all the typicity of the great wines of St-Emilion from the noble clay-gravelle terroirs.
