Château Gaubert has been in my family today since 1954, I resumed the domain in 2016 and fell, with my husband Max, to give him back his brilliance. Nestled on the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, Gaubert is made up of 8.5 hectares.6, are today in production, 1 is to come, the rest is orchards, fallow, which helps the vineyard immunity by biodiversity. The estate is closed by low walls.Our ancestors were able to enhance the stone, abundant in the sector.These low walls delimit the property but also serve as shelter and food tanks for local wild fauna. We cultivate 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet francs in a reasoned manner. Gaubert's daughter is a selection of our pretty grains, vinified in barrels and raised in a new barrel.An exceptional product, which deserves all the attention and sweetness of manual work, without machine, in order to shape a jewel.

Wine is a story of sharing, conviviality, love of the earth.I am lucky to be able to cultivate a land rich in vines since the 11th century.
