The flower of the priory is part of the Château property Grace God where Cistercian monks had founded a priory in the 13th century.The peony flower evokes the memory of the garden of our childhood. The vineyard has been managed by the Pauty family for several generations.The 2 sisters Valérie and Christine work in pairs with the objective of respecting and enhancing the terroir.
