As a manager, I’m the Swiss Army knife of the estate. But what means the most to me is the care given to the vines and the quality of the wines.
A 10-hectare clay-limestone hillside facing south and south-east. This property, acquired in 2013, has been converted to our cultivation methods, which are as natural as possible to express the full potential of the terroir.
"This is the reward for all the efforts made since we acquired the property."
Our aim is for this vintage to perfectly express the quality of this great terroir. In other words, ripe, luscious fruit and a mouth-feel with fine, elegant tannins and a lovely freshness provided by the limestone.
Grilled meat is the perfect accompaniment.
Conversion to organic farming and eco-pasturing from January to March with sheep. We use as little sulphite as possible to express the fruit.

We will strive to make this a great wine that is accessible and appreciated, and to promote it throughout the world.
