It was in 2013 that the Cuvelier family, already the owner of Clos Fourtet, 1st Grand Cru Classé in St-Émilion and Château Poujeaux in Moulis en Médoc, acquired this beautiful property.Located at the entrance to the village of St-Émilion, recognizable by its castle XIX of Count of Fairy Style Viollet-le-Duc, Côte de Baleau extends over 17 hectares of limestone, clays and sands.
