After thirty years spent in porcelain in Limoges, Dominique and Florence Decoster acquire the Château Fleur Cardinale in 2001. More than a professional conversion, it is a choice of life: from the start, they work and settleon the property. With the help of the team in place, the estate was promoted in 2006 to the rank of Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Émilion. Amateur of history (s), fond of technical information, in search of an atypical experience or a friendly moment with family or friends, with each visitor their tailor-made journey. For all, neophytes or fine connoisseurs of the dive bottle, young and old, the cardinal house has been thought of as a place of discoveries and sharing where the wine is told, appreciates, surrounded by the vines where it was born, tastes itself, feels and, even more, is felt.
