In 2009, Olivia and Didier Le Calvez wanted to return to the sources (Olivia came from the Médoc and Didier de Dordogne) acquired this property. The first name of their daughter, Clarisse, born in 2009, was given to the castle. In ten years, the buildings have been renovated, the vineyard has been restructured (vineyards of vineyards, planting of trees and vines) and consolidated so that the entire vineyard is adjoining the property. The limestone tray (100 m altitude) allows you to make very structured and concentrated wines. The property of Château Clarisse extends over 21 ha, 3 of which have been spread over 2 appellations: Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux and Puiséguin Saint Emilion, on a clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soil. The grape varieties is 50% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Franc and ... Carmenère, Petit Verdot and Chardonnay. The vineyard was converted to organic farming in 2016 and certified in 2019.
